Arquilla have been very generous supporters of Jeff Martin supplying the best Italian beer's and wines for each of Jeff Martin's exhibitions. They also recently impressed the guests at the Back of House, chef's preview luncheon, with an amazing selection of wines to match each of the eight courses.

Imported by Arquilla, Birrra Morretti was not only served at the From Favignana exhibition in 2004, it was consumed with vigor during the production phase in Sicily.
Ed Dixon Food Design is a catering company that seems to have a knack for getting all the great art gigs in Melbourne. Jeff Martin worked for Ed during his transition into professional artist and still helps out on the odd job just to keep his hand in.
Ralf Fisch is a talented Melbourne jeweler who recently created a broach from some of Jeff Martin's sketches for him to wear at the Back of House Exhibition. Made from 18 carat white and yellow gold, the broach was first worn by Jeff at a chefs lunch to preview the 2008 exhibition. At the end of that lunch each chef was given a knife pendant as gift. The next time you need something special, for someone special, you should consider visiting this artist.

Imported by Arquilla this fabulous beer was served at the opening of the Kozminsky exhibition in 2007.

The organizers of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival deserve a big thank you for their support of the Back of House concept. Without their enthusiasm for a new idea, the resulting series might never have been.
The Donnafugata family has been making Sicilian wine for over 150 years and was a sponsor of Jeff Martin's 2004, 'From Favignana' exhibition. Imported into Australia by Arquilla their wines are found in many of our better restaurants.
Philipponnat Champagne was served at the Kozminsky opening along with some fabulous cheeses, it really is quite amazing anyone noticed the work.
When in Favignana you simply must hire a boat to visit Carla Rossa and the blue water caves. I recommend Seataxi, say hi to Giacomo from me.
